Managing Anger

Anger is hurt that has been unresolved. This hurt builds up over time. The more hurt we hold inside that has not been resolved, the more anger will build.

Anger is a natural emotion and is good at certain times, however old anger that comes to the surface at improper times is not healthy and not good for situations you are in. Anger does more harm to you than anyone else. It take a toll emotionally and physically.

When you hold resentment or anger against another individual, you are bound to that person by negative emotions so strong that if they were solid they would be stronger than steel. The only thing that will break that bond between you and that other person is forgiveness. To forgive you have to love, and that starts within yourself.
